What makes Forti high in protein?

Our gelato is made using high-quality whey protein to provide a creamy texture with significantly more protein than traditional ice cream. Each serving contains 40g of protein, making it an ideal dessert for recovery, muscle building or simply a healthier sweet treat.

Is Forti healthier than regular ice cream?

Yes. Traditional ice cream is typically high in sugar and fat with very little nutritional value. Forti is high in protein, lower in sugar and lower in calories, while still delivering a rich and creamy taste. It’s a more balanced option for anyone looking to enjoy dessert without the guilt.

Is Forti gelato suitable for people trying to lose weight?

Yes — it can fit into a calorie-controlled diet. Because our gelato is higher in protein and lower in sugar, it helps keep you feeling full for longer compared to standard ice cream. Just track your portion size like you would with any food.

Does Forti gelato contain artificial sweeteners or additives?

We keep our ingredient list simple and transparent. Our gelato is sweetened with a natural, zero-calorie sweetener and contains no artificial colours or unnecessary additives.


Is Forti suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, our gelato is suitable for vegetarians. We do, however, use whey protein, so it is not suitable for vegans.


How should I store and serve Forti?

Keep frozen at –18°C or below. For the best texture and scoopability, remove the tub from the freezer and let it soften for 5–10 minutes before serving.
